Does your snowball have a serial number? If so is it lower than 76-065000? If so your snowball is not compatible with recent versions of Windows. I just cannot find one, where should I look for it? The newer ones don't have one, meaning it should be up to date for your system, sorry I don't really know what to suggest any more, have you contacted the manufacturer?
